When filling out your shipping address please be sure to fill in the correct phone number. For overseas orders, please be aware that there may be delays as orders need to go through customs clearance, because of this, orders may take up to two weeks for delivery.

We offer free exchanges if there are any defects that have taken place in the outcome of our fault. If a problem does occur, please contact us within 48 hours within the item(s) arrive/are delivered.
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for exchanged or cancelled orders.
An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you requested a return request (via email) within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status and you have not received a confirmation email
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay
-the ordered item is out of stock.
As of now, August 1st, we have suspended returns because of the pandemic delaying flights. As a substitute we are offering free or discounted alternatives if your clothing is too big or small, please be sure to contact us if this does occur. We also issue full refunds if an order is officially labeled lost in transit by our shipping couriers or partial refunds if the package has been heavily delayed. You may contact us if you would like to change the color or size if the product has not been shipped.
